With all the sadness of the recent events I thought I'd give you something different in this blog entry.
Above are the front covers of my novels 'Deprivations' and 'The Ruler of Hell: The Devil's Sister' (some links are in those above pictures). Next to them is the possible cover of my presently unfinished novel 'Imaginary Friends and Psychos'. This is the book I am writing at the moment.
I have expressed to several people that, when I write my novels, I act out various parts of the book I have written in order to feel and assess the pacing of my words (and correct them if necessary). Below is an example of that kind of assessment. Here I am describing the experience of going into the museum, Musee d'Orsay, in France after having being surreptitiously given a drug:
Of course I'm not advertising taking drugs! Certainly not the present ones which are mixed with all sorts of potential dangers and pollutants.
Having said that I do remember a friend telling me he'd had so many hallucinogenic drugs he'd had some sort of brain damage. The only way he could actually get to sleep was to actually drink so much he'd pass out. It's been ages since I talked with him. He was such an incredibly talented musician.
(By the way I made this image on the right here ------->)
Anyway, I think we're is slightly off the ball here.
Actually we're really not. When I finish 'Imaginary Friends and Psychos' and you read it you'll see what I mean...
